Adults & Children 12 years of age and over: The usual recommended dose is two sprays in each nostril once daily. It may take 1-2 days for full effect. Once symptoms are controlled, reducing the dose to one spray in each nostril may be effective for maintenance. Do not exceed maximum daily dose.

If an overdose is taken or suspected, ring the Poisons Information Centre (Australia 13 11 26) or go to hospital straight away even if you feel well because of the risk of delayed, serious liver damage.
