Shipping Information:

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the shipping options currently available.

Currently, we only ship within the Australia.

We ship orders using the following Carrier:

We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders over $100.00 and up.

Order Cut-Off Time:

12PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (Melbourne)

For Standard Delivery :
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days ( Mon – Sat )
  • Transit Time: 2–8 business days ( Mon – Sat )

For Express Delivery :

  • Handling Time: 0–1 business days ( Mon – Sat )
  • Transit Time: 1–4 business days ( Mon – Sat )

Delivery Address Guidelines

To ensure timely and successful delivery, please provide an accurate and complete delivery address. While we accept P.O. Boxes for most items, some products may require a physical address due to their size, value, perishability, or legal restrictions (e.g. age-restricted products). Some items may also require signature on delivery.

Order & Shipping Process

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Shipping Notification:

When your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking details and estimated delivery time. You can also find this information in your order history on our website.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at admin@sealakepharmacy.com.au.

Delivery Time:
Most orders will be delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to courier availability, weather conditions, or other external factors. For the latest delivery status, please refer to your tracking information.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any problems with your delivery such as a missing package or discrepancies in tracking information . Please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of your order date. We're here to help and will work quickly to resolve any issues.

Taxes

Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).

However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
