Ordering & Payments

1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our online store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your details and complete payment.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods.

3. Can I use my Medicare or concession card for discounts?

Yes for eligible items.

Prescriptions & Medications

4. Can I order prescription medications online?

Yes! You can submit your PBS and private prescriptions through our secure online portal. Our pharmacists will review your order before processing it.

5. How do I send my prescription?

You can upload a valid prescription during checkout or email it to us before posting it. For Schedule 8 medications, the original script must be posted or provided in-store before dispensing.

6. Do you offer electronic prescriptions (eScripts)?

Yes! We accept eScripts. Simply upload your QR code, and we’ll handle the rest or you can send it to us on 0413 880 455 or email it to us on sealakepharmacy@gmail.com

7. Can I get repeats filled online?

Yes. If you have a repeat prescription on file with us, you can order refills through your account.

Shipping & Delivery

8. Do you offer home delivery?

Yes! We offer standard and express delivery options Australia-wide. Delivery times depend on your location.

9. Is in-store pickup available?

Absolutely! You can select Click & Collect at checkout and pick up your order from our Sea Lake pharmacy.

10. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is $15 for orders under $100.

11. How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Express options are available for faster shipping.

Returns & Refunds

12. Can I return or exchange my order?

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on medications. However, unopened non-prescription products may be eligible for a return within 14 days.

13. What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?

Please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

14. Can I speak to a pharmacist online?

Yes! Our pharmacists are available for consultations via phone or email during business hours.

15. Do you have a loyalty program?

We are open every single day of the year. Since establishment of Instant Consult on 1st June 2018 we have never closed our service for even a day. Whether you can’t get in to see your regular GP, too unwell to leave your bed, or simply need medically qualified reassurance or advice, we know that when you need to speak to a doctor, time is rarely your friend.
