Always check the ingredients to make sure you can use this medicine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSymptoms of an allergic reaction include:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eShortness of breath\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWheezing or difficulty breathing\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSwelling of the face, lips, tongue or other parts of the body\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSkin rash, itching or hives\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eYou must not be given Flufeme if you are taking any of the following medicines:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTerfinadine or astemizole (a medicine used to treat allergy)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eCisapride (a medicine used to treat stomach problems)\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eErythromycin (a medicine used to treat infections)\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePimozide (a medicine used to treat mental illness)\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eQuinidine (a medicine used to treat irregular heartbeat).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCheck with your doctor if you:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eHave allergies to any foods, preservatives or dyes or any other medicines\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAre taking medicines for any other condition\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eHave any other medical conditions eg. It is important you understand these risks and how to monitor for them.
